Our Mission

DIVA (Do It Via Algebra) is a youth-led international initiative working to change the way girls engage with mathematics and STEM.

We believe the issue isn’t ability — it’s experience.
Too many girls lose confidence early, and with it, the belief that they belong in STEM.

Through creative sessions, global content, and student-led initiatives, DIVA helps girls rediscover math as something they can enjoy, explore, and succeed in.
