Our Story

DIVA (Do It Via Algebra) was founded in the summer of 2025 by two high school students who noticed a pattern: many capable girls were choosing not to pursue mathematics or science, not because they lacked ability, but because of how they experienced these subjects.

Through conversations and research, we realized that confidence in math often declines early, shaping the way girls see themselves and their future possibilities in STEM. DIVA was created to change that.

What began as a small initiative has grown into an international, youth-led movement, bringing together students from over 20 countries. Through creative activities, content, and local initiatives led by ambassadors, DIVA aims to make math feel more accessible, engaging, and empowering.

Today, DIVA continues to grow with a clear goal: to help girls see themselves not just as capable, but as future contributors in STEM.
