DIVA began in the summer of 2024 in Paris, France, when two high school students, Emmanuelle and Elsa, decided to tackle a challenge they believed deserved more attention: the confidence gap that discourages many girls from pursuing STEM.

 

Since then, DIVA has grown into an international youth-led initiative spanning more than 30 countries. Every workshop, partnership, chapter, and project has been built by students who chose not to wait until adulthood to make a difference.What started with two students in one city is now a growing community of young people creating change around the world.
