Becoming a DIVA ambassador

Help DIVA grow — in your city, school, or even your country.
As a DIVA Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in bringing the project to more girls by building connections, organizing locally, and leading with purpose.

What You’ll Do

Represent DIVA in your school, city, or country
Recruit new high school volunteers around you
Coordinate schedules between volunteers and local schools
Check in on how sessions are going and share updates and feedback with the core DIVA team
As an ambassador, you don't have to teach math sessions, your role is focused on recruiting other volunteers, but you're more than welcome to do both!

What Kind of Support Will I Get?

You’re never on your own. We’ll help with:

Ongoing check-ins so you can share updates and feedback easily
Optional flyers, blurbs, or messages to promote DIVA in your city or school
A direct contact on the DIVA team to answer questions and support you throughout

We want you to feel confident and supported while taking on this leadership role.

NOTE: If you don’t plan to lead math sessions yourself, we recommend starting by recruiting a few motivated high school volunteers in your area. That way, we can help you organize sessions with a local team you’ll coordinate.

Have a Welcome Meeting

After you submit the form, a member of the DIVA team will contact you to schedule an online meeting. It’s a chance to:

Answer any questions you have
Talk through how everything works and what support you'll get
Help you locate a primary or middle school near you to start sessions, ideally one you know well

Once everything is in place:

We’ll contact the school and organize logistics
If you're not leading sessions yourself, we’ll work with you to coordinate with the volunteers in your area
You’ll receive all the info and materials you need to support the team locally, and we’ll check in regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly!
